Smart Habit Saturday

Sorry this has taken me so long to get to. Yes, according to my clock in two minutes it will be midnight. Sorry I'm late.
I also have some bad news. I'm taking off this week.
I have seriously done so poorly that I'm just tired of getting beat up and embarressed. This week started off with a bang and I was loving my new habit. But, as usual my week got the best of me and by the end I was feeling pretty crummy.
So, I'm just going to take a break. I'm actually planning an even bigger bloggy break, but Sssshhhh, don't tell anyone. My next post is going to be on that. :o)
Have a great week to all those participating in Smart Habit Saturday!

Don't be hard on yourself! We have all had bad weeks!! And it's okay to take a break, but don't give up!

Have a wonderful week, Mercy!

I had company coming and I still didn't get everything done!!! We took the week off of school and everything. So that is just the way life goes sometimes.

When my company was here (my brother in law), I cringed when he & my hubby walked in the door because I hadn't touched the kitchen yet...and then of all things, I forgot to sweep the kitchen floor before he got up in the morning and he tried walking around barefooted on my crumb covered kitchen floor!!! I got the broom out immediately, but the damage was already done...he had already walked on it! How embarrassing!

Nevertheless, we had a good time anyway...messy kitchen and all...that is usually the last room I get to. My hubby was supposed to call me when they headed home from the airport and he forgot, so I wasn't expecting them yet. LOL!!!

So don't be hard on yourself. We have all been there.

Blessings!
Heather

Mercy,
Unrelated to this post, but I had to let you know... I've been reading my way through your g'pa's book slowly. Very Cool! Your grandfather had such an interesting life. It is neat to see his perspective and how things shaped his life. I haven't finished yet, but I am enjoying it very much.
Thanks for sharing your labors :-)
